Returns, Orders & Purchases

Buy from the seller you select

MotorcycleBackpack.net is an editorial publisher. We do not directly sell, fulfill or accept returns for products purchased through third-party retailer links. A purchase is between you and the seller shown at checkout.

Check before ordering

The retailer or manufacturer controls product availability, prices, delivery, return and exchange policies, warranties and customer service. Read the current terms for the exact item and seller before purchasing; do not assume every listing has the same conditions.

For a motorcycle backpack, confirm the model revision, color, included liner or reservoir, and any fit-related return restrictions. We do not promise a retailer return window, shipping speed, warranty or service outcome.

Order assistance

Send order, refund, cancellation, exchange or warranty questions to the applicable seller or manufacturer using your order records. Please do not send us payment details or expect us to access your retail account.

If a guide contains an incorrect description or broken retailer link, Contact MotorcycleBackpack.net. See our Advertising & Affiliate Disclosure for how qualifying links support this publication.
