That is a different feature from reflective trim.
Decide whether you want the operating routine
A reflective panel does not need charging, pairing or a saved animation. You still need to keep it clean and avoid covering it with other cargo. Check the care instructions and inspect which surfaces remain exposed when the backpack is packed and worn.

Compare access, useful storage and loaded fit over your riding jacket. An appealing reflective surface or animation cannot resolve a compartment that is the wrong shape for lunch and work equipment. The bag still needs to carry your ordinary load comfortably and close correctly.
Ask how the weather setup affects the feature
